Planning for Picture Day

Q: Do you pay commissions to schools?
A: Our programs include commission or non-commission programs.

Q: Do you have a Lifetouch Preschool representative in my area?
A: Our representatives are located across the country. Call 800-736-4748 or contact us to locate your area representative or to request a portrait date.

Q: How do I schedule or re-confirm a picture day?
A: Contact us or call 1-800-736-4748 and ask for the scheduling representative in your area.

Q: I have scheduled a picture day. What do I do next?
A: Please review our Portrait Programs. If you have additional questions, call your Customer Service Specialist at 1-800-736-4748 or contact us.

On Picture Day

Q: Are discounts offered to preschool staff members?
A: Yes, staff members receive a complimentary staff package (1-5x7 and 4 wallets) of themselves, and a discount is available for staff children (depending on the program) off any portrait purchase of their child(ren).

Q: What is the age range of children you photograph?
A: Our photographers receive specialized training in photographing children 5 weeks to 5 years old.

Q: Do you offer family portraits?
A: We can photograph any family member in your center, including staff members with their children, siblings, etc.

Q: How many backgrounds/poses are offered?
A: We offer multiple backgrounds and poses as well as class pictures. View our photography gallery.

Q: How long does a portrait session last?
A: We try to limit portrait sessions to mornings when children are fresh. However, centers with a large amount of children may require a multiple photography date.

After Picture Day

Q: How long does it take for portraits to arrive?
A: Portraits will arrive approximately 3 weeks after picture day.

Q: What types of payment are accepted?
A: We accept check, money orders, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

Q: Can my families order additional portraits?
A: Families will receive online ordering information in their portrait package.

Q: What do I need to do once portraits arrive?
A: Select your portrait program for details - Family Approval, Proof, Prepay.
